Boo to sickies!!

Saturday afternoon we spent about 2 hours out at Quick Care. Mr Kobe was seen by Dr. Porter who I love.. We were told he has Bronchitis, his ears weren't infected but "sunken in". He was prescribed an antibiotic (3tsp twice a day - kinda thought that was alot) breathing treatments, and an oral med for his bronchitis. Poor guy was pretty sick.. he's still real pale and I think he's lost some weight or maybe he's just getting taller.. I hope that's it.

After the doctor we went to the pet store ONLY because I promised him we would.. we were in and out... (there goes my mother of the year award) Kobe was cracking up at the Iguanas giving each other a "piggy back ride" lol I'm not sure if they were mating or if it was just an innocent "piggy back ride" lol

I Looked out the dining room window Saturday and I saw these flowers over by my neighbors house so I went out too take a pic. My Grandma had the name of these flowers but I forget.. she said they will even come up through a snow covered ground.. which bummed me out LOL I was hoping this was my sign its spring time lol

Sunday Evening Kobe was feeling better and BEGGED me to play outside.. I didn't think the fresh air could hurt him so I agreed.. we decided to play badminton it was really fun and we had a great time.. I want to apologize ahead of time for the pics of ME.. but I figured I'd stick them on here anyways since I never have pics of me in them and Kobe snapped a couple while Chase and I had our match.. P.S. I beat him both times :)

We got a HOUSE!!

Chase's dream was to buy a fixer upper and do what he wanted to it. Well that was NOT my dream. In fact I was 110% AGAINST this idea! I just didn't understand the reason to buy a house that needed work when you can buy one that was move in ready. So Chase found this house and we went and looked at it. After I saw the house and the potential it had my mind changed lol. So we took the house and are giving it some major TLC. Its going to be a very LONG process to get it the way we want it because we are planning a wedding and then right after that we are trying for a baby. So I told Chase we had to at the LEAST paint the kitchen, it was awful. The walls needed built up. The color was mint green, really?!? mint green?? LOL

The Living room and dining room walls are painted ARMY GREEN.. Who the hell paints walls Army green??? Well after getting my khaki colored furniture in the house the green walls kinda look nice LOL.. and well my dining room is patriotic so there for the green works there too lol.. so now I kinda like the green walls lol...here are some pics to get you an idea of the house..This is the back of the kitchen.. the door with the coat is to the basement then the next room is the laundry room then the bathroom

Do you see the stuff in the middle of the green walls?? That is a shelf that goes all the way around 3 walls.. its deep enough to sit little knick knacks on... I kinda like that..

Poor Lou Lou!!

Miss Olivia Grace was a very sick little girl a couple weeks ago.. she spent 5 loooooooooong days in the hospital. She had a severe case of pneumonia and was a VERY sick little girl. Her temp reached 106.. She was a on a very strong antibiotic where they had to keep checking her blood :( The day my mom and I went over to see her in the hospital the first words outta her mouth in this sassy, "diva-ish" tone (for all you who know Liv know how it was lol) "So like, I get like room service here" It was great to see her sassy-ness back lol

*!*!~FIRE~!*!*

On January 12th I had a kitchen/Grease fire. It was one of the most scariest things I have ever been through. If it weren't for Chase being at the apartment when it happened my whole apartment would have been gone instead of just one side of my kitchen. We were all fine tho minus some burns on Chase's arms from grabbing the burning pan and throwing it out in the snow. That red stuff melted on the wall back there are my Tupperware salt and pepper shakers :(

**2011**

Welcome 2011!!! I'm so happy to see you. There are SOOOO many things this year that I can't wait to do. Everyone is talking about New Years resolutions I have a few nothing too major. But my main one is to stop cut way back on these:

I'm going to go back to home cooking. I love to cook. Its just sooo easy to run and get something and I LOVE not having to do the dinner dishes when you have take out. But I'll never lose any weight if the fountain drinks and fast food do get cut back.. and I mean waaaaaaaaay back. I was getting at least 1 if not 2 fountain drinks a day. It was so easy to run through McD's and get a $1.00 drink.. Or run in Shell and get a fountain drink. Its seriously like my addiction. I'm like a crack head needing a fix. Its only been 3 days and I'm feaning (sp?)LOL.

Now onto things to look forward too this coming year:

I also hope I start seeing double lines after my wedding. Double lines? Yes! Double Lines. I hope to see them RIGHT after my wedding.. I'm talkin the next day would be fine with me. Double Lines!? Are you curious yet? Well I'm talking about THESE double lines:

I hope to be pregnant by at least the end of the year. That's one of my big goals. I've been praying to the Big guy upstairs that we have the same plans lined up :) We'll see I guess.. Keep your fingers crossed!

Although there are some things I'm not looking fwd too like My baby turning 5 and starting Kindergarten this year.. ugh where has the time gone!?

Okay lets rewind a minute. There are some more thing I feel like I need to do as part of my New Year's resolution like:

1. Spending more time with family. I don't see my niece nearly as much as I used too and I miss her sassy lil butt lol.
2. Using my camera more than I do. I rely to much on the camera on my phone so I'm gonna take my big ol' camera every where no matter if I look like a goober taking pics of silly things lol
3. Plan more get togethers with my friends. NYE was a blast with all my friends. We went to a bar and had a good night then went to a friends house til 5am and played cards.. it was sooo fun. We ALL need more nights like these.
4. Try and I mean REALLY try to keep on top of my house chores.
5. Look hardcore for Chase, Kobe and I a house so come Oct. We aren't married and living in 2 different houses lol. We aren't ready to buy just yet so we are lookin for rentals. Keep us in mind if you know of any.
6. Be more understanding.
7. Don't be so quick to judge (sadly I do it and HATE it)
8. Love more (if possible, I love a lot already but I'm going to love even more)
9. Try to trust more. (big issue of mine, Your not trust worthy until proven so, I need to give in just a little)
10. Blog more!!
